Alec is Head of Customer Success at DataForge. With deep experience in deploying and supporting software solutions, previously as a Director of Customer Success at Anaplan, Alec is responsible for both customer enablement and customer support. His deep technical knowledge mixed with over a decade of Customer Success experience working through complex support escalations ensures all DataForge customers remain promoters of the product.
